Copey Estate Winery is the first and only commercial winery in Costa Rica and Central America; as well the first and only liqueur produced from the fruit Golden Berry (considered as a super food).

Located in a unique place (Copey de Dota), practically in the center of Costa Rica at an altitude of 2300 meters. Where you enjoy a temperate climate and high solar radiation during most of the year, which is a perfect combination that allows us to recreate incredible flavors in our fruits. 

The owners, Niv Benyehuda and Karen Retana, have a big experience in the beverage and wine industry. In addition to Costa Rica, has vineyards in Sonoma California and in the Negev Desert in

Israel, all cataloged as "extreme wines".

It will be an honor to receive you on our "Wine Tour - Golden Rush" and give you a tour around the Terroir that gives our wines an unparalleled flavor, ending with a tasting of 4 wines and 2 different ways to drink the Golden Rush liqueur with its pairing.

The are different types of tours:

Regular at 9 a.m. or 11 a.m. (adults or teenagers only)

Regular for families at 1 p.m.

Private between 1 - 3 p.m.
