Ingredients are sourced from a selection of small, sustainable local suppliers with a focus on marine produce, an homage to the ocean that gently enfolds this exceptional boutique hotel at the foot of Chapman’s Peak Drive.

As with our sister restaurants, oysters and risotto are always on our menu. Despite the distinct seafood note in the menu, which changes daily according to season and the catch, we gladly cater to vegetarian or vegan palates when notified via your booking.
