These two exclusive-use properties not only offer complete privacy and exclusivity, but also a dedicated team of staff on hand, to ensure a memorable stay. AtholPlace House & Villa offers 24-hour security, as well as limited, secure, off-street parking. 

AtholPlace Villa is a beautiful four-bedroom exclusive-use city villa in Johannesburg. A 'home-from-home', accommodating up to eight guests, the first-floor houses three spacious deluxe bedrooms and one cosier bedroom, all with en-suite bathrooms. On the ground level, guests enjoy elegant living and dining spaces that extend to the beautifully landscaped private garden, sparkling temperature-controlled private swimming pool and cheerful boma beyond.  

AtholPlace House is the bigger of the two properties and the ideal venue for large multi-generational families or corporate getaways up to 18 guests, who will be accommodated in nine comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Guest are able to enjoy the many spaces across the house, including the bar and library with romantic fireplace, the temperature-controlled private swimming pool, the gym and the lush garden to relax and unwind in. 

 The bedrooms in AtholPlace House and AtholPlace Villa all include:

Return airport transfers, breakfast, soft drinks and local house wines & spirits are included. A full board option is available for guests at both AtholPlace Villa and AtholPlace House as well. The private Chef will be on hand daily to tailor the meals around guests’ preferences. Mealtimes are flexible too. The Chefs source local fresh produce wherever possible. Function menus will be created specifically for each event or conference. 

AtholPlace House & Villa can also be rented separately on exclusive-use basis for special events such as milestone celebrations, bridal- and baby-showers, product launches, photoshoots, small conferences, corporate getaways and intimate boutique-style weddings.
