Our kitchen is headed up by Grant Greg Lynott, a young and creative man who has a passion for what he does. Grant is classically trained through Hurst Campus and further learnt his craft in some of the best kitchens in the Cape. His style reflects a contemporary and inspired application of local ingredients. We look forward to welcoming you.
