Tshukudu Game Lodge is situated on a undisturbed Big 5 Game Reserve that borders the world renowned Greater Kruger Nationa Park.  It is located close to the town of Hoedspruit which has an airport, but secluded enough to enjoy Africa at it’s finest.  The lodge is the perfect combianation of luxury and comfort in the heart of Big 5 territory.  The reserve is framed by the rugged beauty of the Drakensberg Mountains and we guarantee guests an up close and personal experience of the African Bushveld and all it’s creatures, big or small.  Morning ad afternoon/evening open-vehicle game drives are offered. 

The accommodation consists of 20 spacious and tastefully decorated en-suite rooms each with a private patio.  All the amenities you require to make your stay more comfortable are also provided.  Two of our units are wheelchair accessible and all the units are equipped with airconditioners to keep you cool during the hot summer days.  The units seamlessly blend in with the bushveld surroundings, ensuring guests truly feel at one with nature. 

We source the finest fresest ingredients from local producers and our chefs create unforgettable culinary experiences.  Breakfast and lunch is served on a thatched veranda with a magnificent view and in the evenings (weather permitting), guests are hosted in the African Boma with a roaring fire and an unobstructed view of the magnificent night skies.  The area’s warm summers and mild winters are perfect for lazing next to our crystal clear pool.  Relax on comfortable recliners with an unobstruced view of the lush bushveld and free roaming wildlife.
