After a 25-minute transfer from your hotel in Monteverde, you will arrive at El Tigre, located within 60 hectares of forest, mainly primary and in which it is common to observe some species of animals such as monkeys, snakes, peccaries, a variety of insects, birds, among others. The site offers two different trails and four beautiful waterfalls between 15 and 30 meters high. The walk takes approximately 3 hours, and during the tour, you will cross rivers and gravel paths.

If the weather conditions allow it, you can observe the Arenal, Rincón de la Vieja, Tenorio, and Miravalles volcanoes from a stunning viewpoint, as well as some sectors of the Guanacaste province and Arenal Lake. In the end, you will enjoy some snacks by the river.

At the final stage of the tour, you will enjoy snacks on the riverside and a 35 minutes horseback ride with intermediate to advanced difficulty.
